The hotel is very clean.

Our experience was marred by slow assistance from the front desk during an emergency. We had to carry our own luggage after being moved, which was incredibly frustrating given the situation. Also, trying to get our boarding passes printed took much longer than it should have due to unnecessary complications the staff raised.

The room offered a fantastic view of the Skytree, which made my evenings magical. Breakfast buffet at 1,800 yen is great value, with enough options to satisfy my morning cravings. Cleanliness was spot on, with fresh towels provided every day and trash picked up regularly. The lobby check-in is on the third floor and could use better signage, as I found it a bit confusing. While I appreciated the quiet ambiance, the elevators took a while, especially during peak hours when guests were heading to and from the Kura Sushi restaurant on the second floor. My only real complaint is regarding room size. although I went solo, the room felt cramped at times, particularly when I had my luggage out. Overall, a good stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel near major attractions like Skytree.

The breakfast buffet was a steal at 1,800 yen, and I loved the cozy vibe after a long day. Plus, the staff were super helpful when getting us a taxi.

Family with children well taken care of

We stayed for 8 nights with my daughter and the rooms were perfect for us. The staff was exceptionally helpful and they even had English speaking which made things easier.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but worth it considering the amenities.
